# Soporte

Para contactar con el soporte debes contactar mediante discord al usuario: Soporte#5722 y enviarle un mensaje directo. Puedes encontrar el soporte en la  parte de arriba de la lista de usuarios del servidor de discord de CuboUrbano       ( <https://discord.gg/YYRfYtG> ) .

Al enviarle un mensaje al soporte te llegara un mensaje automático como este:

Como dice la imagen debes enviar la mayor cantidad de datos posibles como capturas de pantalla, coordenadas, nick del o de los usuarios, tu nick, hora en que sucedió, etcétera.&#x20;
